This has turned out to be a great quick reference guide in writing about the middle ages, it helps to keep timelines and little facts straight when you are second guessing yourself.
I purchased this book and 8 others in the series for our study of the Middle Ages this year. They are very informative and beautifully illustrated. They are really worth the money (I own the paperback versions). The 9-12 reading level is accurate.
