The Freestyle program is new for me but very interesting. And my colleague recommended me this guide. From this book I learned information about what Freestyle is and the Freestyle Points system. This book includes 100 delicious and healthy recipes. There are breakfast recipes, seafood recipes, Poultry recipes, red meat recipes, soups, stews, chilies, pasta's and grains, vegetables, vegetarian recipes, snacks and desserts. All these recipes are saved with simple ingredients and easy cooking directions. All instructions are very detailed, easy to follow and with full nutritional information. I have tried some recipes of this cookbook and all my recipes were really great. I liked this cookbook very much and I'm glad to have it on my Kindle to use when I need it. I highly recommend this book for those who want to try new recipes after the Freestyle Program.

This book just skins the program but very informative and good recipes go WE and other diet programs too. This book was free for me through the prime. I would not pay for this book, . Not enough content

My BFF wanted to know about WW to help her lose weight. I found this book and had it sent to her. She loves it. It gives her tons of information about the program and she likes the recipes.

I thought this was filled with some amazing tips and resources. This is the first time I heard of the freestyle approach and I loved how this book put everything together and easily explained it so it was possible to follow. A way to eat the food that still tastes great but lose weight and feel refreshed, healthy, and better about your body.

Good recipes, but the printing is hard to read in some places and some of the recipes didn't have oven cooking temps. I am going to keep the book, and try the recipes.

Nice book to start me on a way to change my way of eating towards plant based menus to benefit my health and weightloss.

This book is really awesome. There have some good and effective tips in this book. All of the recipes are easy to make. I have enjoyed reading this book. Highly recommended for all.

Love this cookbook. I've made many recipes out of it and they're good.
